Rather than passing your project onto a site supervisor, we’re on site almost daily, managing every tradesperson and aspect of your build. We’re available for a call whenever you need us to ensure that any issues can be resolved quickly and we meet your deadline.
The step-by-step building process
Here’s what to expect from our stress-free process of working together to bring your dream Melbourne home to life.
1.Initial chat
Get in touch with us for an initial chat about your project—either before you’ve chosen a building designer or when you have endorsed plans from your architect. If you haven’t already chosen your architect, we’re happy to recommend one of our trusted partners.
2.Custom proposal
Once you have your endorsed plans from your architect, send these to us so we can put together a custom proposal and quote.
3.Meet and greet
We’ll arrange a convenient time to meet to get to know each other and discuss your project in more detail.
4.Sign contracts
Once you’re happy with everything in your project proposal, both parties will sign our contract, and we’ll organise your building permit.
5.Build and project meetings
We’ll start your build at the agreed time, with fortnightly site meetings initially to track progress, answer your questions and discuss solutions for any issues. Once the build is well underway, our site meetings will be every three to four weeks, depending on your project scope and the finishing in progress.
6.Project sign-off
We’ll invite you to the final site meeting and build sign-off, with a handover package for all appliances and certificates of compliance. Now, you can move into your beautiful new or refurbished home!
